Also known as MSD Corp., Mistee Seepee Development Corporation provides design development construction and building services for residential and commercial construction. Since its inception in 1990, MSD has successfully captured the Fort Chipewyan market and in 1995 expanded to Fort McMurray.

MSD is the complete Construction Company that has developed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, millshop divisions to support its main mandate. MSD established Fort Chipewyan Building Supplies as a subsidiary and to provide retail building supplies to the community of Fort Chipewyan and to satisfy it’s own material needs.
